Service Delivery Policy

  • Digital Products & Software: Delivered electronically via email, download link, or client portal.

  • Web Development & Projects: Delivered according to agreed project timelines.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Delivered in accordance with service contracts and project schedules.

  • Clients must provide accurate information and approvals to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, technical issues, or force majeure events.


Service Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Ongoing Services (e.g., Marketing, Web Development, ERP Support):

    • Cancellations require 24 hours’ written notice.

    • Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

    • For mid-project cancellations, completed work will be charged and any remaining balance may be credited to future services.

  • We may cancel services if:

    • Payments are not received,

    • The client breaches terms,

    • Or services are misused.
